It has the similar design as HTC Hermes with a slider keyboard. HTC Libra will also has a numeric keypad under the display screen, users can have the choice of QWERTY keyboard or just the traditional keypad.
The HTC Libra will first available for CDMA network, with support of EVDO Rev. A connection. It will be released as soon as Q1 next year, and follow by a GSM version. UTStarcom is confirmed to get the rebrand Libra as UTStarcom 5800.
