Every healing modality, irrespective of whether it is traditional or complimentary, is linear constructs. They live in a world that is separate; there are two individuals a healer and a healee, the individual that is doing the healing in the land of ego mind.

There is another non-linear reality too; here people have the recognition of the oneness of all things, which refers to the infinite of creation itself. It is difficult for an individual to access to this reality; it doesn't matter even if it is the one or a fully self-realized being.

The cause and effect principle even creates similarity between everything in the Universe and all other life forms. Non-Duality doesn't need to be created as it already exists, however it is important for us to engage ourselves for spiritual existence and experience Advaita and concentrate on living a life being own self and not living a life that just concentrates on a man-made world.

Non-duality can be very helpful as a therapy and healing, it acts as a better form of psychotherapy. Every therapy that which is based on the Non-dual philosophy is based on everything we need is already with us and we can achieve it by being conscious. Non-dual approach is also known as the best method to treat an unconscious mind too.

Lastly, the most important and most difficult thing for a human, above all which is the hardest thing to facilitate, going through a change. In order to tap into consciousness itself there are several tools that we can prefer, however the most powerful tool that has made several miracles over the history of humanity is surrender. You can surrender in the form of prayer or in the form of letting go of ego, bringing up the thought that you are actually doing something.

According to dualism, it is the division of something conceptually into two different contrasting aspects and it is also a system of thought as a reality into two independent principles. Followers or ACIM do consider that the real choice is between love and fear that is not the case.

Advaita is referred to as the teaching that teaches us non-duality; this is known to be very well known in the west by the non-dual spiritual teachings of the renowned Indian, Maharishi. What he taught to his students is that it is not very difficult to induce self-realisation or to realize the importance of oneness of our reality.

Well the SELF is something that is always present in us and not that it comes and goes. Everything that we seek from life i.e. love peace and happiness we already have them in ourselves. Just by doing a little bit of research on us, we can gain self-realization of a separate self and the reality of oneness and also to the spiritual truth of our non-dual consciousness.
