The world of today, even with all the technology and innovations, is still imperfect. The perfect system has not been created yet. In fact, it is a question if the perfect system can really exist. The human society has yet to see such a day to come. Even when it comes to schools, there are still troubles like the problems with public education that the government should actually deal with.

The first problem is that there is no standard policies in this school. Since there are no standard policies, the teachers will be troubled about where or how they can teach. Of course, this will also become evident in the lack of accountability, proficiency, infrastructure, and assessment. The government should really do something about this for the sake of the students.

Another one is that there is only a one-way teaching process. There is no other way for teachers to teach their students than to follow the old manual passed down from previous teachers. In order to keep the interest of the students in learning, the teachers are commanded to think of innovative teaching methods. These methods, like dancing or plays, are supposed to help liven each class.

Students are more prone to show poor academic performance. This is all because of the old and outdated method of teaching as well as examination agenda. With such an outdated perception of examinations, the students will only have a limited amount of knowledge. They will not be able to perform to their fullest.

People also know that this school is oftentimes labeled with troubles like peer pressure and violence. There are students who find it easy to threaten their classmates. If there is a hierarchy such as senior and junior, the threatening will become even more obvious. They can use abusive language towards them or abuse them physically.

The lack of extracurricular activities. This usually leads to the students lacking in motivation. It is better to give the students an outlet for their talent through extracurricular activities focusing on speech, workshops, music, dancing, games, gatherings, or painting. This should improve the child's confidence, self-esteem, and satisfaction.

Learning disabilities. Students suffering from ADHD, physical disabilities, or dyslexia will have a hard time coping with their school work. The teachers cannot give them special attention, considering the normal state of the classroom. They are not given the extra time and lessons they need so they fall behind the other kids considerably.

The authority does little to help the system, making it a rigid one. Most of the ones who take the higher up position does not have an ounce of concern for others aside from those they find useful in their own designs. It is only normal considering that they already have a lot of things to do. They cannot concern themselves with each and every people involved in their school.

The students take up bad habits or addiction. This is normal considering that the adults around them take up drugs, alcohol, and smoking. They will just imitate whatever they see the adults do. If they are not given the right attention, they will also fall into the same depravity. This will then cause additional problems with public education.
