Peugeot Shine Concept By Piotr Czyzewski

If you think of a vehicle good enough to carry Peugeot’s 2000 year long legacy forward, here it is. Conceptualized by the Polish designer, Piotr Czyzewski this car has been designed as a perfect vehicle to reflect brand’s essence and seems worth commercialization every bit. Dubbed the Peugeot Shine concept, the glamorous vehicle is a four seat coupe with its doors opening in opposing elytra, thus revealing the appealing interiors. A prominent center tunnel divides the plush leather-lined interior, which features a futuristic-looking dashboard and trim panels mirroring the layered surfacing approach taken with the car's exterior.
The Vision Efficient Dynamics also acts as a template for BMW's future design lineage.
The first car to be styled completely under BMW Group design boss Adrian van Hooydonk adopts a radical shape that doesn't provide a direct link to a single upcoming model, instead introducing ideas to influence future cars. Apple iMove Concept Car By Liviu Tudoran

After creating some of the best computers, phones, tablets and music players, designers are now thinking the about the future of Apple. While some come up with concept gadgets the company can produce in the future, auto designer Liviu Tudoran has come up with a concept car for Apple. Christened the iMove, the zero-emission vehicle will be propelled by electric motors and as expected, it will feature some of the best gadgetry that we’ve ever seen in a car.
The main idea is to create an Apple branded car that will break the general idea of conventional vehicle by the year 2020. Keeping in mind the main characteristics and design language of the brand, the vehicle is inspired from Apple products and the lifestyle of those who use them. The small city car is powered by electricity and will be able to seat three passengers in a variety of configurations.
The interior space shines with a full touchscreen display that covers the entire dashboard and includes a variety of gadgets to play with. The top of the iMove is inspired by Apple’s Macintosh mouse shape and can also open while on the move to give a cabriolet feeling. The exterior surface is covered with a photochromic material that allows the user to change the vehicle’s appearance using available presets.

IKONE Zero-emission Shoe-Shaped Vehicle By Karim Guelmi

The IKONE is a concept three-wheeled vehicle designed by Karim Guelmi, a Montreal-based graduate from the University of Quebec in Montreal. The concept has been designed in collaboration with the Montreal-based company Fun-E Cycles. The one-seater vehicle is a vision of an eco-friendly society where humans could make use of alternative fuels for commuting.
The concept vehicle has 18.5-liters of storage space above the rear wheel. The design and strong DNA of the vehicle evokes lightness and fluidity as well as a symbiotic relationship between the rider and the ride. The IKONE has been thought with the necessity to reduce its parts to a minimum, which further reduces the production costs. The electric engines of the vehicle have been designed to be powered by lithium batteries.

BMW Omega By Andrew Browder

Industrial designer Andrew Browder has proposed an urban transportation system that can be utilized on the highways as well as the waterways. Christened the Project Omega, the urban transportation system intends to transport you from point A to point B faster and more efficiently.

The vehicle, which has been designed for BMW, is powered by electric motors that have been integrated into the wheels. The wheels also harvest kinetic energy to top up the onboard battery of the car while on the move. When the highways are clogged, the user will be able to attach the vehicle with a catamaran platform that has been made from bio plastic.
When attached, the vehicle’s motors serve as the propulsion system for the catamaran, allowing the driver to utilize the waterway as a natural highway.

One such designer is Yungho Jung who has envisioned a car for Saab for the year 2025. The concept has been developed as a project for graduation course in transportation design in Umea Institute of Design – one of the leading schools that prepare transportation designers. Yungho has kept safety as the main theme of the project as he noticed that much of accidents occur due to carelessness of drivers or speeding. Therefore, the concept is to arouse and inspire participants to take active part in the movement for self-preservation.
